FIDDLER ON THE ROOF - AUDITION DATE: SATURDAY, 10TH MARCH 2012
TIME: 10.00 A.M. – 3.00 P.M.
VENUE: THE BARN THEATRE, HIGH STREET, WEST MOLESEY
PRODUCTION DATES: 25TH-30TH JUNE 2012 This well known musical gives the chance to those who wish to take named roles and also those who only wish to be in the chorus. There are good parts for men and women of all ages, including children, and I am looking for two excellent individuals to take the lead roles of Golde and Tevye, the latter professionally played most notably in the UK by Topol. If you would like to audition, please turn up on the 10th and be prepared to both read from the script and to sing some of the wonderful songs. You won't be expected to stay all day, but the extended hours allow for all of those who wish to audition, both individually and as a group. Many of you will already know the music but, for those who don't, nearer the time CDs of the music will be available from our Musical Director, Barry Pritchard. Everyone is welcome at the audition and I look forward to seeing as many people as possible at The Barn on the 10th.
